At Sarcastic Days, we are committed to providing a delightful shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy is here to assist you. Please review the guidelines below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.
1. Return and Refund Eligibility
Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
The item received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting evidence such as photos or videos of the issue.
Items returned without prior approval or outside the return window will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For operational reasons, certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
Items with minor variations in color or size due to manufacturing processes.
Items delayed in transit but delivered within the expected time frame.
Change-of-mind purchases or items ordered incorrectly by the customer.
Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
Email us at contact@sarcasticdays.com with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a detailed description of the problem.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with a resolution.
If approved, you will receive instructions on returning the item (if applicable).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Delivery Time Frame
We work diligently to ensure timely deliveries. Below are the estimated delivery time frames:
Order Processing: 3-5 business days.
Standard Delivery: 10-20 business days for most locations.
International Shipping: 15-30 business days, depending on the destination.
While we aim to meet these time frames, delays due to unforeseen events such as customs or holidays may occur. Refunds for late deliveries will only be issued if the package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.
5. Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and the item is received (if applicable), refunds will be processed as follows:
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after the return is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may apply if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused during transit.
6. Exchanges
If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. To request an exchange:
Provide your order number and photos/videos of the defective or damaged product.
Follow the instructions provided for returning the original item (if required).
Replacement items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after the original item is received and inspected.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@sarcasticdays.com.
8. Additional Notes
